Reach a parent who has already chosen Japan.
LuNi Travels is what an affluent family reads after the destination is settled and before the booking is made. A placement here meets a parent mid-decision, not mid-daydream.
Why brands partner with LuNi Travels.
An audience in the booking phase
Readers arrive with the destination confirmed and a planning problem to solve. A brand reaches them at the moment the decision is made, not months before it.
Placement at the friction point
A partner appears at the paragraph where the logistical problem is named. The brand is not an interruption. It is the answer to the question the parent just asked.
Profile-matched, not category-matched
Every recommendation runs through the framework and its four profiles, so a partner sits beside content already matched to the reader’s child.
One brand to a page
A page carries a single partner or none. The partner owns the context completely, and the reader meets a recommendation rather than a rotation.
Two ways to reach the desk.
One is commercial and one is editorial. They are answered by different people, judged on different grounds, and never traded against each other.
Editorial placement
A small number of single-brand placements run inside the planning guides, written by LuNi Travels, positioned where a family hits the question the product answers. Terms are annual and availability depends on whether the pages in question are already occupied. Scope, availability and rates are in the partnership deck.
Coverage and field visits
For properties, operators and attractions with something a family genuinely needs to know. Coverage is decided editorially, on its own timeline, and is never sold. A pitch that survives the read usually earns a field visit with children present before a word is published. Most pitches do not survive the read.
LUNI Verified is not a route to work with LuNi. It is the reason the routes are worth anything.
The Verified list is decided by an on-site evaluation, run unannounced as ordinary paying guests, against a written instrument covering safety, honest representation, transparent pricing, and whether a child is genuinely welcome. A single failure ends the evaluation. Most evaluations do not end in a listing, and a property that clears every threshold can still be left off.
It appears here so a brand knows exactly where the line sits. A publication that sells its recommendations is worth nothing to the brand that buys one, and the rule that keeps the list free is the same rule that makes a placement beside it worth paying for.
See the registerPartnership criteria and boundaries.
Every proposal is judged against three standards. A brand that misses one is not a fit, whatever the category, placement or budget.
Japan specialization
Localized knowledge of Japanese logistics, transport, and the cultural details a family runs into. Surface-level Japan experience does not meet this standard.
Profile alignment
A willingness to be positioned against the four profiles of the framework: the Dynamo, the Sensor, the Anchor and the Sprinter. Generic family-friendly positioning does not qualify.
No pay-to-play content
No guest posts, no link insertions, no transactional content. A partner featured here has to offer something a parent planning Japan genuinely needs.
Generic outreach is not answered. A brand that meets the standard is.
The partnership deck carries scope, availability, terms and rates, and goes out to brands that meet the three criteria above.
